Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex real estate or capital programmes — from strategy through execution — ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, governance standards, and agreed outcomes.
Programme Leadership & Strategy
- Shape and deliver programme strategy aligned to business priorities and portfolio objectives
- Lead business case development, approvals, and governance submissions
- Identify efficiency opportunities, risks, and improvement initiatives across the programme lifecycle
Delivery & Execution
- Oversee delivery of multiple projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Ensure integrity of design, solution, and delivery outcomes
- Own programme performance metrics, reporting, and benefits realisation
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as senior escalation point for stakeholders and delivery teams
- Establish and chair programme and project steering forums
- Drive clear communication across senior leadership, business, and delivery partners
Risk, Change & Controls
- Maintain accountability for programme risk, change control, and compliance
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting and data integrity
- Lead programme close‑out, handover, and post‑implementation reviews
Team & Resource Oversight
- Build and lead cross‑functional delivery teams and external partners
- Guide project managers and workstream leads to ensure integrated delivery
