About the role
Conduct daily EHS walkthroughs and report unsafe acts or conditions.
Ensure immediate correction of non-compliances and proper PPE use.
Assist in managing and verifying PTW for high-risk activities.
Conduct toolbox talks and pre-task briefings; maintain attendance records.
Supervise high-risk activities (lifting, excavation, electrical, etc.).
Act as safety spotter during hazardous operations.
Respond to incidents, preserve scenes, and assist in investigations.
Monitor waste disposal and environmental controls (dust, noise, runoff).
Check bunding and spill control for fuel/chemical storage.
Spot-check contractor EHS documents and provide inductions.
Maintain EHS logs, permit registers, and observation records.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and track corrective actions.
