To strengthen our project controls capability, we are looking for a Project Controls Engineer with a strong focus on Risk Management to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact energy projects.
As a Project Controls Engineer (Risk Management), you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure risks are understood, monitored, and mitigated—supporting informed decision-making on complex energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage project risk registers
- Lead risk identification workshops and facilitate risk reviews
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations
- Conduct schedule and cost risk assessments and scenario modeling
- Define and monitor risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Integrate risk insights into project schedules, cost forecasting, and reporting
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance tracking
- Provide clear, data-driven risk reporting to stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
