Develop and manage the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning to support project decisions.
Generate accurate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Support project controls including resource loading, earned value analysis, and forecasting.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to the team.
