As a Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in:
- Leading construction delivery from pre-planning and tender through to commissioning, deficiency clearance, and turnover
- Acting as the primary Owner’s Representative and technical authority on a complex interior build
- Managing CCDC 5B contracts, including CM fees, reimbursable costs, and conversion to stipulated price
- Overseeing General Contractors, consultants, and vendors, and resolving issues before they impact cost or schedule
- Conducting constructability reviews during design-assist to proactively mitigate risk
- Translating technical challenges into clear, executive-level reporting
- Driving schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
