This role is key to driving business growth in Mexico, supporting the Regional Business Generation team and aligning with Turner & Townsend’s global strategy, brand ambition, and values. The position combines strategic marketing, client development, and bid management, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities and increased win rates.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation & Marketing
- Support and co-develop key client account plans alongside Country leadership and Key Account Managers
- Contribute to new client pursuit strategies and sector expansion initiatives
- Conduct market and client research, translating insights into actionable business opportunities
- Maintain and enhance marketing materials (case studies, capability statements, presentations)
Client & Account Management
- Coordinate and support client meetings and presentations
- Drive client care programs and ensure feedback is captured and leveraged
- Challenge account strategies to identify new revenue streams and strengthen client relationships
Bid & Proposal Management
- Support and coordinate bid processes following “Bid to Win” methodology
- Prepare and review non-technical proposals, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards
- Track and follow up on bids to improve conversion rates and outcomes
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly Business Generation reports, including key wins and pipeline updates
- Support leadership reporting for management and board meetings
- Ensure data and insights are effectively used to inform decision-making
