The Senior Project Manager/Associate Director will provide effective project management leadership for public sector infrastructure projects by planning, coordinating, and delivering works in compliance with regulatory, safety, and stakeholder requirements. The position contributes by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and client expectations for quality, schedule, and cost are met from early engagement through to delivery.
- Plan, manage, and deliver public sector infrastructure projects in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and timely decision‑making.
- Liaise closely with public sector clients to manage requirements, approvals, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and statutory requirements, including PSSCOC, WSH, and public sector project guidelines.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation measures to minimize impact.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource utilization, providing regular updates and reports to management and clients.
- Oversee contractor performance and coordinate procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities where required
