We are seeking to fulfill the role of a Project Director, with extensive project management experience to support our client on the delivery of an exciting Offshore project.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex multi Offshore projects & Packages.
- Accountable for defining, developing, interfacing, and delivering complex multi-package projects safely, while managing time, budget, quality, and key performance indicators to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee FEED detailed design, and ensuring technical compliance.
- Liaise with the engineering, construction and procurement teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.
- Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders and external partners.
- Participate actively in the Health and Safety and Quality initiatives.
- Identity and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assess and identity opportunities for improvement and make suggestions.
- Adopt a proactive approach to risk management and strategies.
- Collaborate as part of the Project Leadership team to enhance the project delivery strategy.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings with stakeholders to monitor performance and address any issues.
- Ownership for package governance, programme, risk, budget and resource requirements.
