Supporting the Programme Management Office by assisting with project management processes, project controls, data analysis and project reporting. The Junior PMO analyst will be responsible for gathering project data, preparing reports and supporting the wider PMO
- Implementing, administering, and maintaining procedures to track project spend and forecasts.

- Assisting project team to develop status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
- Interacting with and assisting the project managers to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
- Working with full PMO team to ensure alignment of project information.
- Assisting in the development of reporting tracking tools.
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Skills & Behaviours
- Familiarity with project scheduling on large-scale infrastructure projects, with an understanding of critical path methodology and scheduling fundamentals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to perform the above responsibilities.
- Can produce high quality reports in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI.
- Capability in the use of Excel with ability to write macros to create automated dashboards, graphs, and tables.
- Ability to forge effective relationships with stakeholders and interfacing functions.
- Strong communicator, (both written and verbal), to liaise with the client, contractors and designers.
