Supporting our long-term ambition and vision for growth, the Graphic Design Coordinator plays a proactive and creative role within the marketing and business development team, based in our Abu Dhabi/ Dubai office and supporting the Middle East region.
With a positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach, the post holder works with a degree of independence to identify opportunities for enhancing visual materials and communications. They bring fresh ideas and a thoughtful eye for design across a range of platforms, while remaining open to learning and broadening their skillset. Their enthusiasm and willingness to support wider team objectives contribute to a dynamic and high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver complete visual content for print and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging.
- Review existing pitch and proposals materials to quickly identify opportunities for visual improvement and clearer communication.
- Gather and assess relevant information to support design work, understanding how text and visuals work together effectively.
- Maintain and organise digital asset libraries, ensuring resources are up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with bid teams to produce infographics and data visualisations that support submissions.
- Ensure all brand assets follow current brand guidelines and are appropriate for target audiences.
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media graphics using Sprout Social, assisting with graphics administration for the Middle East team.
- Build positive working relationships with global marketing and graphics teams, engaging with the global graphics lead to develop skills and share good practice.
- Assist in producing client-facing collateral such as market intelligence reports, brochures, flyers, and other assets that encourage client engagement in our business and services.
- Take initiative to identify design needs and contribute ideas.
- Support additional tasks as needed to contribute to the wider Business Generation team.
