About the role
Develop MEP project plans aligned with overall goals and timelines.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
Oversee MEP design development and ensure compliance with standards.
Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure integration of MEP with CSA systems.
Enforce quality assurance through audits and reviews.
Manage design changes and assess project impacts.
Identify and mitigate MEP-related risks.
Act as main contact for MEP coordination and communication.
Plan and implement commissioning for all MEP systems.
Train client teams on MEP system operation and maintenance.
Ensure smooth final handover of fully operational MEP systems.
