The Site Services Supervisor ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of site services across customer projects. The role focuses on day-to-day site support, technical guidance, and service consistency, while acting as a trusted on-site advisor for customers and a mentor for site teams during complex or critical project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Technical Support
- Supervise day-to-day on-site support delivered by Site Services / Scaffolding Instructors.
- Ensure consistent service quality and strict adherence to AT‑PAC safety standards.
- Provide hands-on technical support for complex or non-standard access and scaffolding solutions.
- Support troubleshooting on active sites to protect safety, schedule, and productivity.
Added Value & Optimization
- Review scaffold and access concepts to ensure safe, efficient, and practical site execution.
- Identify opportunities to optimize scaffold utilization, access strategies, and material deployment.
- Support development of site-specific instructions for challenging project conditions.
- Provide insight from site observations to highlight risks and improvement opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a mentor and escalation point for instructors during critical milestones or complex activities.
- Support coordination in regions or projects without a dedicated site representative.
- Exchange structured feedback with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve execution and planning.
Customer Interface & Compliance
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and client visits to reinforce confidence and alignment.
- Act as a key technical advisor to customers during the execution phase.
- Support compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures.
