What you’ll do:
- Follow detailed recipes to prepare tasty, nutritious meals for patients, including ‘special diets’ tailored with help from our Registered Dietitian.
- Keep the kitchen clean and safe, following strict IDPH food safety rules to protect everyone.
- Pitch in wherever needed — from stocking the freezer to chatting with patients about their meals or helping to prepare next week’s menu.
- Work as part of a fast-moving team that wears many hats every day.
