Trainee Business Development Executive

As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you will generate new business opportunities with potential customers via phone, email and social channels. Your goal is to find opportunities, understand their needs and explain our lending solutions clearly and confidently. You will be given full training on our business, what we do and how to sell us to customers. 

This is an outbound, proactive sales role that would suit someone who loves talking to people, building rapport quickly, and is motivated by hitting targets and earning strong bonuses. 

As a Trainee Business Development Executive, we are looking for someone to:

• Proactively research and identify potential customers using LinkedIn, Companies House, Industry Social channels and other relevant online tools and databases 
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and relationships across property investor, developers and business owners 
• Make daily outbound calls to customers to introduce the Charles Street Finance offerings
• Send professional, engaging follow up emails to nurture interest and secure further conversations
• Work closely with senior team members to develop high quality opportunities
