We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist
You will responsible for providing service desk service to external customers.
Your key tasks will include
- Processing customer requests for the BIS system (register all requests, passing to appropriate specialists, track the progress of solving)
- Solving certain types of requests
- Follow up on the lifecycle of requests and inform customers of the demand
- Informing customers on different issues
We expect you to have
- Good Latvian language skills
- Optional English language skills
- Good communication skills, initiative, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and share the knowledge
- Good computer user skills
