Think of yourself as the tactical mastermind, working closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation—just like a top coach shaping a championship-winning squad.
Your playing field
- Supports the Product Lead in shaping and executing a winning product strategy that delivers on business goals.
- Drives timely delivery and top-quality outcomes through sharp prioritisation, planning, and execution of the roadmap.
- Owns end-to-end development of the Operations Platform, collaborating closely with internal and external tech teams.
- Defines clear feature requirements and leads Development Teams in an Agile environment (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
- Champions quality through UAT and reviews, ensuring every delivery hits the mark.
- Partners with Tech Leaders to accelerate platform optimisation, automation, and high-impact feature delivery.
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships, keeping teams aligned and moving towards shared goals.
- Stays ahead of the game by tracking market trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in customer service automation.
