What our Intern Construction Superintendent will do:
- Assist the Superintendent with daily job site operations and coordination of subcontractors
- Participate in daily job site walks to observe progress and identify potential issues
- Help maintain project schedule and track construction progress
- Support job site safety compliance and attend safety meetings
- Help document job site activities such as daily reports, progress photos, field notes
- Assist with material deliveries, staging and inventory tracking
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Participate in project meetings and take notes
During the internship, the intern will gain exposure to:
- Construction Scheduling
- Field supervision
- Subcontractor coordination
- Construction safety management
- Quality assurance/quality control
- Plan reading and construction documentation
