Facilitate new hire onboarding process including creating/sending welcome emails, completing I-9s and E-Verify, and maintaining spreadsheets related to orientation and benefits.
Complete accurate data entry for all transactions in the HRIS system including data changes, new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support employees across multiple business units and ensure timely completion of HR transactions across the enterprise.
Prepare letters and change memos for data changes and promotions.
Maintain organizational charts to reflect current workforce structure and reporting relationships.
Support payroll accuracy by auditing timecards each pay period and completing historical corrections, as needed.
Run and distribute employee and time related reports to support payroll, compliance and HR operations, as needed.
Collaborate with various departments such as Payroll, IT, and Finance to create and maintain standard work documents (SOWs) and detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support employees with HR related inquiries such as user log in issues, request for verification of employment, and HRIS related questions.
Maintain employee files to ensure all documents are timely and correctly electronically filed.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy and consistency across HR Operations.
Consistently meet payroll and compliance deadlines in alignment with company regulatory requirements.
Reduce rework or escalations related to HRIS transactions through attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
