Support Talent Acquisition operations, including opening new requisitions, entering candidates into the Applicant Tracking System, and preparing new hire paperwork
Develop presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless interview experience
Post job openings and update job descriptions as needed
Maintain calendars for recruitment activities, including career fairs and team meetings
Provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives and special projects
