Manage multiple offline and digital projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
Oversee print production projects, including direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), in-store displays, magazine ads, packaging, and collateral, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and specifications as needed.
Lead the communication of goals, deliverables, timelines, and status updates to both the Agency and client teams.
Identify potential roadblocks, proactively recommend solutions, and keep projects on track.
Ensure final deliverables align with the Agency and client’s vision, budget, and timeline.
Foster strong relationships within the Agency and with clients, setting clear expectations and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Work closely with other Project Managers and the creative team to allocate resources effectively.
