Dishwashing & Sanitation
- Operates industrial dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, ensuring proper use of cleaning fluids and maintaining dishwasher cleanliness.
- Washes dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils by hand as needed.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all kitchenware, with extra care for delicate China.
- Empties and cleans trash receptacles; dispose of waste properly.
- Sweeps, mops, and maintains kitchen floors at the end of each shift.
Kitchen Support
- Assists prep cooks and other kitchen staff during peak service periods.
- Cleans up spills, broken glass, and other hazards promptly.
- Loads and unloads deliveries or supply trucks as needed.
- Sets up for events and assist with additional food preparation tasks as assigned.
- Organizes flatware, China, and kitchen tools and equipment.
