What our Reliability Supervisor will do:
- Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfer’s equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
- Keeps timecards and other routine records.
- Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs, maintains fresh fruit packing equipment and other related systems.
- Coordinates, inspects, operates, and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems (including boiler system).
- Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems.
- Assign and prioritize work based on production demand, food safety risk, and equipment criticality.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to maintenance mechanics.
- Ensure breakdowns and emergency repairs are executed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure Employees are trained and following all company mandated programs including OSHA safety programs.
- Ensure all employees are following GMP policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Reliability Manager.
