Your role involves not only implementing strategic initiatives but also identifying and nurturing new talent, expanding project scopes, and applying innovative solutions to ambitious projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include aligning IT systems and coming up with projects. You’re seen as a mentor for your team who’s always training and coaching to hit milestones and get things done. You can communicate these ambitions with cross-departmental partners, stakeholders and management alike, making organisation-wide collaboration possible. Proven experience with Drupal 8/9/10 is essential, along with strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Familiarity with modern development tools and best practices for web development is a plus.
