Sopra Steria is seeking a ServiceNow Evangelist/Ambassador to represent the ServiceNow community within Sopra Steria BeNeLux. This position is key in enhancing our ServiceNow expertise and expanding our presence in the BeNeLux ServiceNow Market. Next to sharing your ServiceNow passion and vision with our different business lines, prospects and customers, you will be part of the ITSM team with responsibility for designing, implementing and maintaining our own ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow customers with their IT service management needs.
Scope/Responsibilities
- Grow a team of specialised ServiceNow consultants within the Benelux market.
- Be active in the ServiceNow community and share your passion with other business lines and customers.
- Provide functional and technical guidance and support to the ITSM team and its customers across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, App Engine and Automation/Workflows…
- Lead the transition and/or integration from legacy ITSM platform(s) to ServiceNow
- Design, integrate and architect ServiceNow solutions/modules to meet business requirements.
- Define and manage ITSM processes utilizing ServiceNow (Incident & Service Request Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and Release Management,…)
- Manage functional and technical documentation for ServiceNow configuration and customizations.
- Perform stakeholder management with ServiceNow customers to ensure service governance, quality, continuity, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to maintain knowledge and expertise within the ITSM team.
- Actively contribute to leading practices and share expertise related to the ServiceNow platform
