Role Purpose
Assistant Manager - Facilities (Technical) is responsible for the day-to- day operations and management of the premises.
Base location : Noida
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations & Maintenance of Engineering equipment- UPS, Air conditioning systems, BMS, AHU’s, Firefighting, plumbing and other utility equipment’s.
• Handling AMCs through vendors, Inventory of spares and management.
• Implement process and procedural changes for facility improvements.
• Coordinate with Estate Management team for effective management of building management services.
• Manage, train, and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.
• Work with team members to identify and prioritize facility-related projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in managing ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audits & certifications.
• Ability to understand Electrical SLD, technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Total Experience Expected: 06-09 years
