We are currently looking for a Junior Service Analyst with German to join our Sopra Steria team.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and resolving incidents (by ticketing tool) regarding hardware and applications
- Following instructions when dealing with incidents
- Communicating with users in German and English
- Escalating more complex problems to the 2nd line of support
- Collaborating with other technical teams
- We do not require experience! Thanks to working with procedures and under the guidance of an experienced trainer, we will help you find your way in the IT world. Training time is individually adapted to your needs.
