We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale digitalisation projects for public sector clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage complex stakeholder environments, and contribute to business growth through client relationship development and presales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of digital/IT transformation projects (€500K–€10M+)
- Manage scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources
- Apply methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
- Report to executive stakeholders and lead governance bodies
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Navigate complex public sector governance structures
- Handle escalations, risks, and contract compliance
Sales & Account Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Contribute to public tenders, proposals, and negotiations
- Support account growth and pipeline forecasting
Risk, Change & Quality
- Manage risks, change requests, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations
Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
- Coach and develop team members
- Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership
