Experience: Graduates with banking knowledge and with prior experience in the similar domain are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer:
- Achieve pre-defined quality levels to meet and exceed customer SLAs.
- Maintain sanctity of customer data and adhere to Compliance, INFOSEC and audit requirement policies.
- Should take additional responsibilities at process level by taking ownership in process improvement / changes required for the process to create value to clients.
Financial:
- Eliminate Operational Losses, write off/ Compensation, or Goodwill payment, Rework, by giving ideas via Kaizens, change logs, and show tangible benefits and take steps to reduce Customer complaints and rework.
Corporate initiatives, Learning & Knowledge:
- Ensure 100% completion of mandatory trainings.
- Ensure full participation in Org/local level initiatives.
- To be part of at least one cross training in a process other than assigned process.
- To be part of corporate social responsibility activities as announced from time to time.
Internal Business Processes:
- Process information / financial transactions in accordance with the assigned targets. Strive to improve upon productivity targets for the team/process.
- Handle all assigned processes and be ready to work on processes from simple to complex, as per operational requirements.
- Display Teamwork and work in cooperation with colleagues for achieving Business Results.
Compliance:
- Adhere to and comply with all Sopra Steria Project policies.
- Ensure that your profiles and skills are kept up to date in the online portal.
- Display of professional attitude, code of conduct, and always maintain dress code.
- To ensure 100% completion of timesheets every month without any failures.
