Responsibilities:
- Taking a role of ServiceNow Architect contributing towards Analysis, Design and Planning on the ServiceNow Development activities. Building Process, Solution Designs considering best practices involved for ServiceNow platform.
- Analyse and provide Implementation Plan along with effort estimation for technical solutions and work along with Sales/Pre-Sales team for scoping related to projects for all ServiceNow product suites.
- Participate in requirement gathering phase with clients and provide inputs to developers on the requirements.
- Lead and govern end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformation projects.
- Build and provide Expert guidance for best development related to ServiceNow scripting and administration.
- Ability to design reusable frameworks for the ServiceNow Team.
- Build training and certification plan for the junior members and mentoring for the Developers and Administrators
- Review solutions for Developers and guide for complex solutions keeping Security adherence intact for compliance needs of customers.
- Ensure visibility of all updates and changes related to ServiceNow Products are reviewed and shared amongst the ServiceNow Developer community.
- Participate in engagements with onshore, nearshore ServiceNow teams for improvement and planning for future.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ yrs of Experience with ServiceNow Products and worked on implementation, migration projects.
- Has 5+ yrs of experience working in HRSD and corresponding modules of ServiceNow.
- Extensive knowledge of lifecycle events and journeys.
- Integration experience of complex nature with both on-premises and cloud solutions using web services and web-based technologies for Enterprise grade solutions.
- Hand-on in ServiceNow scripting and guidelines and good grasp on ServiceNow Data model and Platform architecture.
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation of Scoped Application
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders independently.
- Working in Agile and DevOps environment and understanding of CI/CD and automation would be a plus.
