At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success.
We are currently looking for an Engineering Project Manager to oversee the management of capital projects in our Research & Development and Commercial locations within North America, guaranteeing the prompt implementation of new or enhanced assets that align with business needs and adhere to established cost and safety standards. By collaborating closely with T&E, PTE, principal engineers, R&D colleagues and other key stakeholders, the project manager ensures that capital projects employ suitable engineering solutions, comply with Syngenta's HSE requirements and meet the needs of the business and our customers. We have recently completed the first phase of a major campus redevelopment program for our Greensboro HQ and are in the early planning stages for Phase 2. The successful candidate will be leading this crucial project for the business.
