This role will support the delivery of seed development activities across field and nursery operations by:
Accountabilities:
- Planning and executing core agronomic operations - sowing, planting, sampling, harvesting, maintenance, and crop isolations - in both field and nursery settings.
- Recording and reporting agronomic data (flowering, diseases, and other key indicators) using Syngenta's operational tools and standards.
- Supporting greenhouse operations in Carmona during off-peak field periods, contributing to year-round productivity.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth information flow and alignment across the seed production cycle.
- Supervising temporary field staff when required, and actively contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.
