The Biologicals Specialist will strive to be an industry-leading source of biological product information and a key training resource for our internal sales teams and customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and their function within key crops. Showcasing our current products, as well as new technologies, in demonstration plots with key customers is another focus area.
Territory: Northern Illinois and Wisconsin
Duties:
- Territory Planning: Develop annual business plans with key retailers and conduct quarterly reviews to achieve sales milestones.
- Sales Achievement: Meet sales targets using Qlik reporting and monthly reviews with area managers to track progress and adjust tactics.
- Technical Training: Provide internal and external training on biological products to establish Syngenta as the industry technical leader.
- Demo Trials: Organize product trials to generate yield data for marketing and support new product launches.
- Sales Forecasting: Complete monthly rolling forecasts using Excel to project current and future sales performance.
