Quality Champion: Act as the local point person for Seeds Development, ensuring continuous product and process quality improvement aligned with the Seed R&D Quality Management System.
SOP Development: Review, standardize, and maintain SOPs for NSPP and Trialing to strengthen trial and seed quality, with documentation available in Reliance.
Quality Culture Implementation: Lead efforts to embed a strong quality culture, support teams in handling non‑conformities, and guide root cause analysis (RCA) development.
Data & Knowledge Management: Maintain R&D data assets, repositories, technical knowledge, and intellectual property to enhance data quality for business decision‑making.
Compliance & Stewardship: Monitor and enforce adherence to Syngenta’s internal rules, GM stewardship practices, and local regulatory requirements.
Audit, Reporting & Training: Support local audits, facilitate KPI reporting, sustain improvements through documentation, and deliver quality‑related training activities.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across PPP, Trialing, NSPP, and GD teams, and contribute to the Quality Champion network to share learnings and drive operational excellence.
