Role purpose :
- Delivering sale budget
- Developing new variety and market
Accountabilities :
- Forecasting accuracy & inventory management.
- Defining & prioritizing right targeted crops / region.
- Designing crop campaign plans and deliver to sales team.
- Monitoring campaign activities to ensure campaign running successfully.
- Supporting trial team to select new varieties.
- Conducting commercial demo to launch new variety.
Critical success factors & key challenges :
- Deep understand seed business and vegs value chain.
- Good relationship with farmer, collector and whole sellers.
