As a member of a high-performing growth team, the Enogen Nutrition Specialist will be responsible for driving demand for Syngenta’s proprietary enhanced grain technology (Enogen Corn) within the livestock sector. This role serves as the bridge between technical nutritional science and commercial sales, ensuring that end-user value is realized by dairy and beef producers. You will act as a key influencer for nutritionists and a technical consultant for the NK/Enogen Territory Sales Representatives (TSR’s) in Ontario, Western Canada and Northern US regions.
Accountabilities:
- Build and sustain enduring relationships within the dairy and beef livestock markets, focusing on key influencers, such as independent and corporate nutritionists.
- Partner with NK/Enogen TSR’s to develop, communicate, and execute annual business plans with resellers to meet volume targets.
- Identify the underlying business needs and strategies of dairy and beef producers to ensure Enogen technology provides maximum ROI.
- Empower and coach the Syngenta seed sales team and resellers, translating complex nutritional data into a compelling value proposition for cattle producers
- Provide expert guidance to producers on integrating Enogen corn into rations to optimize feed efficiency and performance.
- Lead and review local feeding trials to quantify and validate the benefits of the alpha-amalase enzyme trait in diverse livestock diets.
- Represent Syngenta and the Enogen brand at major industry conferences, trade shows, and livestock associations.
- Effectively communicate market need and resource requirements to senior management to support long-term Enogen growth.
