About the role
Lead end-to-end Power BI implementation, from requirements gathering and data modeling through report development, deployment and user training
Write, optimize and maintain complex SQL queries using CTEs, window functions, stored procedures and user-defined functions
Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines or Power BI dataflows feeding semantic models
Tune SQL and Power BI performance for large, varied data sets
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear dashboards and KPIs
Provide ongoing troubleshooting, enhancements and governance for BI solutions
