Key Responsibilities
Responsible for creating programs and activities that keep employees motivated, happy, and productive at work.
- Plan and organize employee activities (events, team building, celebrations)
- Run engagement programs (surveys, recognition, wellness initiatives)
- Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements
- Support internal communications (announcements, newsletters)
- Help improve company culture and employee satisfaction
- Work with HR and leaders to address employee concerns
