The Digital Platform Strategist will support the execution and optimization of products within the AppcastOne suite to help drive measurable hiring outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in recruitment marketing and digital advertising, attention to detail, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for analyzing performance and solving marketing challenges. The role will work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Customer Success teams, Product, Sales, and Tech Solutions stakeholders to bring multi-channel campaigns to life.
Job Requirements
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across products and features within the AppcastOne platform, including Xtend and Tech Enabled Career sites.
- Contribute to the growth of multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products.
- Management of remarketing strategies based on campaign goals and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute insights to inform optimization recommendations.
- Partner with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives.
- Make proactive recommendations to improve performance and digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee creative briefing and QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure campaign data integrity.
- Stay up to date on Product enhancements and emerging digital media trends; sharing learnings with the broader team.
- Create internal process improvements and documentation as part of a growing media function.
