Manage and grow a client portfolio to maximise revenue while controlling risk, costs and ensuring sustainable returns for the Bank.
Ensure full compliance with legislative requirements, quality assurance standards, and the Code of Banking Practice.
Educate clients on product features, rights, obligations, account conduct and contract terms, including fees and conditions.
