At SQLI Group, we support international customers with long-term digital and CX programs. We are looking for a Senior SAP CX (C4C) Consultant to strengthen our existing SAP Customer Experience support team.
You will work as a consultant across multiple customers, supporting and evolving SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions, with exposure to almost the full SAP CX portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and long-term customer relationships.
As a Senior SAP CX Consultant, you will be responsible for the functional and solution ownership of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud in support and evolution contexts.
What is this all about?
Your main responsibilities will be:
1.-End-to-end SAP CX delivery
Business analysis, solution recommendation, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and hypercare.
2.-Support and evolution of SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, maintain and improve existing solutions for multiple customers in parallel.
3.-Sales & Service process design
Design and implement:
4.-Reporting & analytics in C4C. Create and maintain reports, data sources, KPIs, and dashboards.
5.-Integration & data collaboration
Work closely with integration and backend teams on:
6.-V2 expertise and migrations. Contribute to SAP C4C V2 projects and ideally V1 → V2 migration initiative
