You own performance across the funnel. From first impression to final conversion.
Define and execute performance marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion
Take ownership of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, engagement, and overall business impact
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable performance roadmaps
Drive testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization across channels (paid social, search, display, video, marketplaces)
Optimize media investments with a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term brand growth
Work closely with CRO, CRM, content, and strategy teams to maximize impact across touchpoints
Act as a senior sparring partner for clients - connecting media performance to broader business goals
Support pre-sales and pitches with strong, data-driven cases
Leverage automation and AI to scale performance efficiently and intelligently
