•Work with third party vendors/ contractors to provide GA services and ensure that their work is done efficiently and effective in accordance with established service level agreements.
•Manage licensing efforts for Hospital facilities and equipment (both medical & non-medical) and ensure that all Hospital facilities and equipment have appropriate and valid permits at all times.
•Manage and resolve every incoming complaint and feedback from patients, doctors, nurses and other stakeholders in general affairs services effectively and professionally.
•Regularly visit hospital facilities to visually inspect the quality of services and propose some recommendations to correct identified problems related to general affairs (e.g., dirty hallways, unresolved pest problems, dirty bed sheets, etc.)
•Monitor the completeness of operational and program activity report data.
•Quality and safety to be used as analysis material by superiors or other related parties.
