As a Sales Executive at SOCOTEC Certification Singapore (SCS), your main mission will be to drive revenue growth by selling our certification, auditing and training services to potential and existing clients.
Main Responsibilities
Service Promotion (60%)
- Contribute to SCS's commercial and marketing objectives by identifying potential prospects and guiding them through the sales process
- Meet clients, handle commercial inquiries by phone/email and present SCS services
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of SCS offerings to prospective and existing clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for SOCOTEC Certification Singapore and the client
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations
Client Relationship Development and Maintenance (20%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, essential for generating repeat business and obtaining referrals
Achievement of Commercial Objectives (10%)
- Meet and exceed established sales targets
- Support the overall implementation of marketing strategy for lead generation
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and effective
Interdepartmental Collaboration (10%)
- Work closely with accreditation, operations, finance departments, auditor teams and the management team to optimize sales efforts and customer satisfaction
