Full-time, Monday through Friday. Typical business hours with occasional flexibility required to meet client and carrier needs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, optimize, route, and schedule shipments across all transportation modes using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Consolidate client orders into efficient load plans and assign appropriate carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned client(s), resolving shipping issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery.
Negotiate carrier rates for non-contracted lanes (spot quoting) and make financially sound decisions on behalf of the client.
Monitor carrier performance, documentation, and invoicing; recommend corrective actions to resolve service or performance concerns.

Office-based role with a high degree of collaboration across teams and with external carriers and clients. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring multitasking and proactive communication.
