We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of an Office Administrator to support our well established office in Belgrade.
You will think fast, be great at juggling various activities and act as the voice and the face of the company. You will ensure that our clients, colleagues, vendors and visitors feel that they are in good hands.
Full-time, office-based
You will:
- Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities services
- Receive and route all incoming calls, greet visitors, handle incoming inquiries, couriers
- Provide administrative support to Finance & Accounting team
- Organize business trips, meetings and events
- Log and sort mail, coordinate shipments
- Provide secretarial support, prepare reports, photocopying, shredding
- Administrative help with car fleet, mobile devices and attendance logs
- Assist with Health Checks & Safety Checks of the premises
