You analyze HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle and develop target operating models, process designs and architectural concepts that align business, organization and technology
You translate functional HR requirements into solution-oriented architecture and process models while ensuring feasibility within the SuccessFactors logic
You plan and facilitate workshops, guide decision-making processes and support clients in designing meaningful HR solutions
You collaborate closely with our technical SuccessFactors consultants, but you are not responsible for configuration or system implementation
You take on project or sub-project management tasks, particularly in process design, test management, stakeholder management or change/training
You develop best practices, templates and methodological standards for HR transformation projects
You act as a bridge between HR, IT and our technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment across all levels
