Maintain the production and software pipeline and meet deadlines.
Creating high quality characters, creatures and props rigging and skinning suitable technically to project the desired universe.
Autonomously implementing characters in Unreal Engine including cloth, physics and blueprint setups.
Work closely with modelers and animators to ensure a smooth development pipeline that delivers high quality assets.
Contributes to pipeline tools and working with engine and project leads on continuous improvement of those engine tools.
Ability to provide clean and optimized assets or code within established systems and requirements.
Autonomously work on pipeline tools and working with engine and project leads and propose continuous improvement of those engine tools including pushing forward on R&D case studies.
Occasionally support Lead in recruitment projects with HR collaboration.
Occasionally support new hires onboarding process.
Nice to have:
Modeling and animation experience.
Familiarity with other tools like Houdini and blender is a plus.
