We need two innovative and agile process managers to run our processing operations in London. You will be someone who has the cerebral and tangible ability to lead a team of industry experts, build internal and external stakeholder relationships and exploit any opportunity to improve efficiencies in our processing operations. You will do all this whilst maintaining the highest possible standards throughout your lagoon.
You will manage our processing operations, having full oversight of the lagoon floor; implementing and improving the novel automated tracking process we are currently onboarding. You will have full autonomy for how you wish to manage your team and process and the support of the London General Manager and Head of Operations in doing so.
Your work will be vital as we grow to serve the whole of London, the processes you implement will facilitate and be critical to our success in the capital. We are looking for incredible people with the desire to deliver our Oxwash mission. This is not your standard 9-5.
