The Manager, Outbound Sales is responsible for achieving growth and sales targets through the effective management of a team of Outbound Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. This involves developing sales strategies, providing training and guidance to team members, analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and fostering strong client/partner/intercompany relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives & Account Executives to achieve sales targets and KPI goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide coaching, training, guidance and overall support to sales team members to improve performance and enhance skills.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Support sales reps in sales calls if required.
- Identify opportunities for growth, and improvement in sales process and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments such as dealing, marketing, product, client due diligence, and sales operations to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
