A Day in the Life
This position is onsite 5 days a week.
This position supports assigned executives by maximizing their effectiveness and streamlining daily operations through calendar management, preparation of key documentation, coordination of communication and follow‑up, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and adjust meetings, coordinate availability, and support efficient time and travel planning.
- Documentation: Prepare and refine presentations, reports, agendas, and other materials.
- Project Support: Organize materials and assist with interviews, regulatory submissions, research, and special projects.
- Executive Meetings: Coordinate with the Chief Administrative and Improvement Officer on meeting planning, communications, agendas, and minutes.
- Task & Communication Support: Facilitate communication, track tasks, and support daily calendar and meeting workflows.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate needs, identify issues, and implement process improvements to enhance leader effectiveness.
